Cadherin-1 or Epithelial cadherin(E-cadherin), (not to be confused with the APC/C activator protein CDH1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDH1gene.[5] Mutations are correlated with gastric, breast, colorectal, thyroid, and ovarian cancers.
